Zonal Service Head - North

Responsibilities

• Manage and control the customer service function for the North zone, focusing on revenue growth and new contract penetration.
• Oversee service operations including First Time Fix, FSCA completion, PM completion, and field team utilization.
• Drive service revenue (NS) and manage payment collections in line with DSO targets.
• Coordinate with logistics and finance teams to manage spare parts movement, inventory costs, and credit blocks.
• Manage customer escalations and ensure high levels of employee engagement within the zone.
• Maintain compliance with quality systems and manage both internal and external (ISO) audits.
• Support the sales team with pre-sale discussions, site inspections, and lead forwarding.

Requirements

• B.Tech/B.E. in Biomedical or Electronics engineering (Must Have).
• Minimum of 15+ years of professional experience.
• Extensive knowledge of Quality and Regulatory systems.
• Strong understanding of current risk management standards, principles, and frameworks.
• Proven experience in service management and people handling.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA in General Management.
