About the role

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies
  • Lead zonal sales team members to achieve overall sales targets
  • Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer/partner accounts
  • Negotiate and close agreements with large customers/partners
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts
  • Perform research and identify new potential customers and market opportunities
  • Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with client's needs
  • Liaise with Marketing and Product Development departments to ensure brand consistency
  • Stay up to date with new product launches and ensure sales team members are on board
  • Report to the CBO

Requirements

  • Minimum 10+ years of experience in software solution selling
  • 5+ years of experience in selling and managing E-Governance solutions preferred
  • Experience in creating and managing channel sales
  • Experience working with Banks as a channel partner preferred
  • Experience in creating and managing a high-performance sales team
  • Experience in setting up processes, SOPs, and performance appraisal metrics
  • Strong communication and team management skills
  • Analytical skills with a problem-solving attitude
  • Availability to travel throughout the assigned territory
  • Degree in Sales, Business Administration, or a relevant field
  • Fluency in English, Hindi, and one local language
