About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic plans to improve the performance and reach of educational centers within the zone
- Collaborate with senior leadership to define and achieve zonal sales targets and operational KPIs
- Oversee day-to-day operations of all educational centers to ensure seamless execution
- Drive sales initiatives and design zonal marketing campaigns to boost enrollments
- Lead, train, and manage center heads and their respective teams
- Prepare, monitor, and manage zonal budgets and analyze financial reports for profitability
- Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and address queries or complaints promptly
- Prepare regular reports on operational performance, sales achievements, and financial results for senior management
Requirements
- Experience in managing sales and operations within an educational or training sector
- Proven ability to lead and manage multiple teams and center heads
