Zonal Sales Manager

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage sales activities to achieve market share and sales objectives.
• Monitor and execute sales follow-ups within the assigned territory to ensure goal attainment.
• Analyze commercial KPIs to detect deviations and implement corrective measures or recovery plans.
• Manage sales processes according to the Commercial Operations Manual.
• Train and qualify the sales force regarding market routines and execution indicators.
• Coordinate the execution of marketing plans and ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Increase market coverage of cooling equipment to improve sales volume and execution indices.

Requirements

• University degree in Industrial Engineering, Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 2 or more years of experience leading or supporting teams.
• Advanced Excel skills (indispensable).
• Valid driver's license.
• Availability to reside in Juliaca and travel to all assigned locations.
• Availability to work from Monday to Saturday.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of commercial systems and platforms.
