Zonal Collection Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage the collection portfolio for the Delhi NCR zone by strategizing and driving recovery processes
• Set up and manage tele-calling and field agencies for specific zones
• Control roll rates and recovery of overdue amounts from the delinquent pool
• Manage bucket-wise delinquencies and contribute to NPA management while controlling collection costs
• Recruit, coach, and mentor the team to achieve performance goals and targets
• Ensure high customer satisfaction and strict compliance with the code of conduct

Requirements

• Graduate degree or above
• 10+ years of experience in setting up and scaling operations from scratch
• Proven experience in both tele-calling and field collections
• Thorough understanding of hard bucket and soft bucket collections
• Extensive experience in vendor management
• Strong analytical, decision-making, and communication skills
