Zoho/Cloud Solutions Implementation Executive

Responsibilities

• Provide implementation and integrations across Zoho and other Cloud applications
• Configure, customize, and manage Zoho CRM, Zoho One, Zoho Projects, and Zoho Desk
• Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis for user issues
• Conduct product demos for clients and internal teams
• Assist in workflow automations, blueprints, and API integrations
• Lead customer onboarding, training, and tool adoption
• Maintain detailed documentation for configurations, fixes, and processes

Requirements

• Based in Mumbai
• Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
• 2–5 years of experience in Zoho and Cloud Implementation projects
• Hands-on experience with Zoho CRM, Zoho One, Zoho Projects, and Zoho Desk
• Proficiency in workflows, automations, and system customizations
• Strong understanding of integrations, APIs, and user access management
• Excellent English communication and client-handling abilities
