Zoho Inventory Developer

Responsibilities

• Customize ZOHO applications including Inventory, CRM, and Books to meet specific business needs
• Design and implement workflows, custom functions, and blueprints to automate operations
• Integrate ZOHO with third-party applications using REST APIs, webhooks, and middleware
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues within ZOHO systems and processes
• Create detailed reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights for stakeholders
• Provide user training and ongoing technical support for ZOHO applications
• Maintain thorough documentation of all processes, workflows, and customizations

Requirements

• 1-3 years of proven experience in developing and customizing ZOHO applications
• Proficiency in ZOHO Deluge scripting
• Hands-on experience with ZOHO Inventory, CRM, and Books
• Strong experience working with REST APIs
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of programming languages such as JavaScript, Python, or PHP
• Experience with ZOHO Creator and ZOHO Desk
