Zoho Developer & Trainer

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize Zoho applications including Zoho CRM, Books, Creator, Analytics, and Projects
• Develop custom functions, workflows, and automation using Deluge scripting
• Integrate Zoho applications with third-party systems and APIs
• Analyze business requirements to design and implement scalable Zoho solutions
• Troubleshoot system issues and provide technical support to users
• Conduct training sessions for internal teams and external clients to ensure effective tool utilization
• Create user manuals, guides, and training materials to support system adoption

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience working with the Zoho suite (specifically Zoho CRM, Creator, and Books)
• Proven experience with API integrations and third-party tools
• Strong understanding of business processes and workflow automation
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for training purposes
• Problem-solving mindset with high attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in training or mentoring users
• Zoho Certification
• Basic knowledge of automation and integrations
