Zoho Developer

Responsibilities

• Customize and implement Zoho products based on client requirements following project plans
• Attend to support requests via ticketing systems to troubleshoot and resolve client issues
• Collaborate with team members to integrate Zoho applications with other systems
• Assist in data migration from existing systems to the Zoho ecosystem
• Document all projects, including work performed, decisions made, and problems encountered
• Stay up to date with the latest updates and features within the Zoho product suite

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in Zoho development
• Strong understanding of Zoho applications, Deluge, and REST APIs
• Experience integrating Zoho applications with both internal ecosystems and third-party applications
• Strong problem-solving skills and high attention to detail
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple task assignments
