Zoho Developer

Responsibilities

• Customize and implement Zoho products based on client requirements following project plans
• Attend to support requests via ticketing systems to troubleshoot and resolve client issues
• Collaborate with team members to integrate Zoho applications with other internal and external systems
• Assist in data migration processes from existing legacy systems to Zoho
• Document all projects, including technical decisions, work performed, and problems encountered
• Stay updated with the latest features and updates within the Zoho ecosystem

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• 2+ years of professional experience in Zoho development
• Strong proficiency in Deluge and REST APIs
• Proven experience integrating Zoho applications within the ecosystem and with third-party applications
• Strong problem-solving skills and high attention to detail
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple task assignments
