Zoho Developer

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and customize solutions across the Zoho suite, including Creator, CRM, Books, Inventory, and Analytics.
• Build intricate custom functions, workflows, blueprints, and validation rules using Deluge scripting.
• Develop and manage REST API integrations, webhooks, and data synchronization with external logistics systems.
• Maintain data synchronization between Zoho and logistics platforms for orders, shipments, tracking, and invoicing.
• Perform data migration, mapping, and cleansing to ensure data integrity across all platforms.
• Create custom dashboards and reports in Zoho Analytics to provide actionable business insights.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration, performance, and data consistency issues.
• Maintain detailed technical documentation for all configurations, scripts, and processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor or Master Degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Zoho development, specifically with Zoho Creator and CRM.
• Expert-level proficiency in Deluge scripting, REST API, JSON, and OAuth 2.0.
• Deep familiarity with the Zoho ecosystem (CRM, Creator, Books, Inventory, Analytics, Flow).
• Strong understanding of event-driven architectures, microservices, and web services.
• Proven experience with workflow automation, approval processes, and blueprint configurations.
• Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of Python or Java.
• Experience with security and identity management protocols.
