Responsibilities

• Develop and customize Zoho applications including CRM, Desk, and Zoho Creator using Deluge scripting
• Design and manage databases within Zoho Creator, including optimization and data migration
• Implement advanced features such as APIs, custom functions, workflows, and reports
• Integrate Zoho applications with external systems via APIs and web services
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define project scope
• Design data and system architecture following best practices
• Provide technical support, testing, debugging, and end-user training
• Manage relationships with Zoho and its implementation partners

Requirements

• 4-6 years of experience as a Zoho developer
• Proven expertise in Zoho CRM, Desk, Zoho Creator, and Deluge scripting
• Experience with API integrations and web services
• B.E/B.Tech degree
• Strong documentation and communication skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Work experience in the wealth management or capital markets domain
• Zoho Creator Certification or other relevant Zoho certifications
• Familiarity with agile software development methodologies
