Zoho Developer

Responsibilities

• Implement, customize, and administer the Zoho One suite, including Zoho CRM, Books, Analytics, Creator, Projects, and Desk.
• Develop and maintain custom features, widgets, and functionalities to meet specific business requirements.
• Integrate Zoho applications with third-party systems using APIs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Zoho applications.
• Create and maintain detailed documentation for processes, configurations, and customizations.
• Build reports and dashboards within Zoho Analytics to support data-driven decision-making.
• Provide technical support and training to end-users.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in implementing Zoho products.
• Proficiency in Deluge Scripting and API Integration.
• Strong technical skills in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, ReactJS, PHP, and SQL.
• Hands-on experience with Zoho Widget programming.
• Extensive knowledge of Zoho CRM, Books, Creator, Flow, Analytics, Desk, and Marketing.
• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain professional under pressure.

Preferred Qualifications

• Zoho CRM or Zoho Creator Certification.
