Zoho CRM Developer

Responsibilities

• Customize and configure Zoho CRM modules, layouts, workflows, and automation rules
• Develop Deluge scripts, custom functions, validation rules, and business logic
• Implement workflow rules, blueprints, assignment rules, and approval processes
• Integrate Zoho CRM with third-party applications using APIs and webhooks
• Perform unit testing, troubleshooting, and technical support for CRM customizations
• Maintain technical documentation for all CRM customizations and integrations

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in Zoho CRM development or backend development
• Strong knowledge of Deluge scripting
• Understanding of REST APIs, JSON, and integration concepts
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with other Zoho products such as Zoho Books, Zoho Desk, Zoho Creator, or Zoho Analytics
• Basic knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, or other backend technologies
