Zoho Consultant

Responsibilities

• Work on real-time Zoho implementation projects under the guidance of senior consultants and developers
• Customize and develop solutions using Zoho applications such as Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, and Zoho Creator
• Write clean and efficient scripts using Deluge and integrate Zoho apps with third-party systems via APIs
• Assist in automating business processes, workflows, and reports within the Zoho ecosystem
• Collaborate with functional consultants and clients to translate requirements into technical solutions
• Participate in testing, debugging, and optimizing Zoho applications for performance and usability
• Maintain proper documentation for customizations, integrations, and workflows
• Follow Agile practices including daily updates and sprint tasks

Requirements

• Recent graduate or final-year student with a degree in BCA, MCA, or BE (Computer Science, IT, or related fields)
• Basic proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript or Python
• Understanding of APIs, databases, and basic software development concepts
• Strong interest in working with Zoho applications and learning Deluge scripting
• Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and communication skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
