ZF Production System Intern

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities for process improvement
• Implement actions to reduce waste and increase operational efficiency
• Follow up on specific Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
• Develop and document Continuous Improvement (CIS) projects
• Participate in Kaizen Workshops
• Train key operators and engineers

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Industrial, Systems, Manufacturing, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Basic knowledge of Mechanics, Hydraulics, and Pneumatics
• Understanding of Industrial Engineering concepts such as Time and Motion Analysis, Ergonomics, and Capacity Analysis
• Strong teamwork skills, ability to learn quickly, and a proactive attitude

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience or knowledge in Power BI and AutoCAD
• Strong data analysis skills
• Highly organized mindset
