Zerspanungsmechaniker

Responsibilities

• Manufacture ship components (bearings and seals) with diameters ranging from 125 mm to 1250 mm according to technical drawings
• Operate CNC turning centers and CNC lathes in single-part and small-series production
• Create, optimize, and adapt CNC programs
• Set up machining machines with appropriate clamping devices and tools
• Perform simple maintenance tasks on machinery
• Ensure quality and dimensional accuracy of workpieces and optimize measurement processes

Requirements

• Completed vocational training as a Zerspanungsmechaniker (m/w/d)
• Initial experience in operating, programming, and setting up CNC machining centers
• Programming knowledge specifically for Siemens SINUMERIK 840D or HEIDENHAIN iTNC 530
• Proficiency in using measurement technology
• Willingness to work in a 2-shift system (early and late shifts)
