Zerspanungsmechaniker

Responsibilities

• Perform mechanical processing of ship components (stabilizers, rudder machines, and bearings) according to technical drawings and specifications
• Operate CNC machines for single-part and small-series production
• Create, optimize, and adjust CNC programs
• Set up machining machines with clamping devices, fixtures, and tools
• Perform simple assembly tasks and maintenance work to prepare for various clamping processes
• Ensure quality and dimensional accuracy of workpieces and optimize measurement processes

Requirements

• Completed vocational training as a machining mechanic (Zerspanungsmechaniker) or a comparable technical qualification
• Experience in operating, programming, and setting up CNC machining centers
• Ability to read technical documents and drawings
• Knowledge of measurement technology
• Programming skills in HEIDENHAIN iTNC 530 or SINUMERIK 840D
• Willingness to work in a 2-shift system (early and late shifts)
• Very good German language skills (written and spoken)
• Team-oriented, responsible, and quality-conscious working style
