Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a committed beauty team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences
• Set and deliver performance targets by providing high-quality service and recommending additional beauty services
• Represent and advocate for the brand to generate customer loyalty and maintain a strong client base
• Maintain superior and efficient operating standards at the counter
• Demonstrate extensive product knowledge to assist customers effectively

Requirements

• Previous experience leading and managing a team within a cosmetics or beauty business
• Proven skills in makeup application and skincare expertise
• Strong leadership, communication, and people skills
• Financial acumen to manage budgets and effectively plan weekly rosters
• Ability to provide inspirational customer service and selling skills
• Must have valid Australian working rights
