• Optimize video content for derivative community psychological triggers like risk management and volatility
• Design packaging strategies including chart patterns, data overlays, and high-intent thumbnails
• Manage channel velocity metrics including CTR and view-count acceleration
• Leverage YouTube Community posts, polls, and live alerts to engage audience during market volatility
• Optimize live stream metrics and real-time engagement during high-impact market hours

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of experience scaling YouTube channels in finance or equity markets
• Deep understanding of F&O mechanics, trading psychology, and technical analysis
• Proficiency in reading market depth, price action, and option Greeks
• Ability to interpret audience analytics and platform metrics
• Experience working in high-pressure, rapid-response environments
