YouTube Specialist

Responsibilities

• Lead the content strategy for a world-class YouTube investor channel, deciding on topics and video formats that drive engagement.
• Research trending topics and platform logic to design video structures that maximize click-through and retention.
• Write high-quality scripts with a heavy focus on compelling hooks and narrative flow.
• Implement an AI-first workflow using tools like ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Claude for rapid research, outlining, and drafting.
• Analyze video performance data to iterate on content strategy and double down on winning formats.

Requirements

• Deep AI fluency with experience using advanced prompting for research and content generation.
• Strong understanding of the YouTube platform, including audience psychology and engagement drivers.
• Exceptional scriptwriting skills with the ability to simplify complex subjects.
• Analytical thinking skills to make data-driven decisions rather than relying on intuition.
• Proficiency with AI research tools and a builder mindset to optimize content workflows.
