Responsibilities

• Monitor live market catalysts, open interest shifts, and option chain data to identify breaking content opportunities.
• Translate complex technical analysis and derivative strategies into high-impact concepts for scriptwriters.
• Use AI-powered social listening tools to identify retail sentiment shifts within trading communities.
• Optimize content for the psychological triggers of derivative traders, focusing on risk management, leverage, and volatility.
• Design packaging strategies including high-intent thumbnails and clear data overlays for technical content.
• Manage real-time channel performance by tracking CTR and view-count acceleration during critical market hours.
• Leverage YouTube Community posts, polls, and live alerts to engage audiences during market expiries and economic releases.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience scaling hyper-engaged YouTube channels, specifically in finance or active trading niches.
• Deep derivative literacy, including a strong understanding of F&O mechanics, option Greeks, and market depth.
• Proficiency in technical analysis and the ability to interpret price action and chart patterns.
• Data and analytics fluency with the ability to extract actionable video concepts from platform metrics and spreadsheets.
• Ability to thrive in high-pressure, high-velocity environments requiring rapid content turnaround.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience using AI tools for market data scraping and content optimization.
• Familiarity with managing live stream engagement and real-time interactive charts.
