YouTube Manager

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end strategy, production, and performance of long-form YouTube channels to drive brand growth and customer conversion
• Define channel strategy and formats to scale subscriber counts for Owner and founder-led brand channels
• Manage creative teams including editors, thumbnail designers, and videographers, overseeing pre-production and post-production workflows
• Lead A/B testing for packaging (titles and thumbnails) across the video back catalogue
• Maintain and present YouTube scorecard metrics such as retention, view velocity, and subscriber growth to leadership
• Conduct regular retention reviews and research algorithm shifts to continuously improve audience engagement
• Manage the YouTube upload calendar and coordinate with marketing and shorts teams for cross-platform distribution

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in YouTube channel management or development
• Deep understanding of the YouTube landscape, including ideation, formats, packaging, and retention editing
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to drive content decisions
• Experience managing creative teams and complex production workflows
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to distill complex ideas into engaging content

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools
• Knowledge of editing software and Photoshop
• Enthusiasm for building AI-driven tools, automation, and new media workflows
