About the Company

ACQ Media is the in-house media engine behind Acquisition.com and its portfolio of brands led by Alex Hormozi, Leila Hormozi, and Sharran Srivatsaa. We operate like a studio, producing high-performance long-form series, podcasts, and daily social content designed to drive measurable business impact.

Responsibilities

• Own the creative direction of YouTube packaging (titles and thumbnails) across all ACQ brands
• Run the full end-to-end upload operation including scheduling, tags, chapters, and QC checks
• Build and run a continuous A/B testing framework for thumbnails and titles
• Own YouTube analytics and build AI agent-powered workflows for data compilation and reporting
• Systematically audit and re-optimize the back catalogue to drive impression and revenue lift
• Serve as the primary liaison to YouTube's Partner Manager

Requirements

• 3+ years managing, growing, or optimizing a high-volume YouTube channel
• Deep command of YouTube packaging, CTR mechanics, and algorithm behavior
• Strong analytical fundamentals and experience with A/B testing
• Familiarity with AI tools for analytics or workflow automation
• Proficiency with project management tools like ClickUp or Asana
• Ability to work onsite in Las Vegas, NV
