• Designing content pillars, recurring formats, and creative direction for various channels
• Crafting compelling, highly engaging scripts for the YouTube platform
• Developing high-converting titles, thumbnails, and positioning strategies
• Leveraging YouTube SEO best practices to maximize CTR, discoverability, and organic growth
• Translating complex finance concepts into accessible, actionable content
• Collaborating with production, filming, and editing pods to execute strategic vision

Requirements

• Proven track record of managing YouTube content strategy, scripting, and channel growth
• Strong understanding of finance and investing concepts
• Deep understanding of YouTube best practices, including audience retention and video packaging
• 2–4 years of experience in YouTube content
