Youth Athletes United was created to provide the best programming and service in the market for youth sports, starting with their first sports experience. Our goal is to provide an experience where every child is an athlete, creating healthy habits and teaching life skills through fun, non-competitive multi-sport enrichment.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-sport enrichment classes for preschoolers using ready-made curriculums
• Use individual attention to ensure every child has success
• Maintain a non-competitive, stress-free, and fun environment
• Utilize positive reinforcement to encourage children and celebrate success
• Build rapport with students, teachers, directors, and parents daily

Requirements

• Completion of 12 Child Development online or college credits
• Reliable personal transportation for travel to multiple locations in Santa Clara County
• Availability to work at least 3 mornings or 3 afternoons per week
• Confidence teaching in front of a group
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks effectively

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with preschool-age children (e.g., preschool teachers, camp counselors, or coaches)
