About the Company

Youth Athletes United was created to provide the best programming and service in the market for youth sports, starting with their first sports experience. Our goal is to provide an experience where every child is an athlete, creating healthy habits and teaching life skills through fun fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Use individual attention to ensure every child has success
• Implement a non-competitive approach to ensure classes are fun and stress-free
• Use positive reinforcement to encourage children and celebrate success
• Follow the Amazing Athletes Coaching Manual & Curriculum
• Attend trainings and remain open to feedback to continuously improve coaching skills

Requirements

• Availability during morning, early afternoon, or weekend hours
• Ability to work Monday-Friday between 9:00–11:00 am and 3:00–5:00 pm
• Open-mindedness and a desire to learn through on-the-job training
