About the role
Responsibilities
- Teach children ages 2-6 the fundamentals of various sports
- Promote physical fitness and healthy habits
- Lead classes at schools and community centers
- Create a fun, positive, and engaging environment
- Execute age-appropriate lesson plans focusing on skill development, teamwork, and sportsmanship
Requirements
- Must be at least 19 years old
- Ability to pass a background check
- Reliable transportation
- Growth and positive mindset
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with children (coaches, teachers, camp counselors, etc.)
- Background in health or fitness
- CPR and first aid training
Benefits
- Starting pay $20.00+ per hour ($15.00-$18.00 during training)
