Responsibilities

• Lead children in fun and educational soccer and multi-sport activities
• Ensure safety for all participants during sessions
• Use individual attention to ensure every child has success
• Implement a non-competitive approach to maintain a stress-free environment
• Use positive reinforcement to encourage children and celebrate success
• Attend regular trainings and follow the Super Soccer Stars Coaching Manual

Requirements

• Energetic, engaging, and fun personality for working with kids aged 5-12
• Must enjoy working with children
• 18+ years of age
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
• Ability to travel up to 45 minutes to various class locations
