Youth Programs Lead Coordinator

Sofive is the home of 5-a-side soccer, with state-of-the-art soccer centers across the country. With 22 locations and growing, Sofive is focused on making soccer more accessible, exciting, and community driven.

Responsibilities

• Support registration growth for Lil’ Kickers and Skills Institute
• Manage free trials, open houses, and new customer experiences
• Track attendance, revenue, retention, and key program goals
• Manage registrations, payments, attendance, and daily program communication
• Organize equipment, uniforms, and program supplies
• Recruit, onboard, train, and mentor youth coaches
• Observe classes and provide feedback to coaches
• Lead youth soccer classes when needed

Requirements

• Passion for soccer and youth development
• Experience in coaching, youth programming, or sports leadership preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to stay organized in a fast-moving environment
• Positive, energetic, and professional attitude
• Ability to lead and develop coaches
• Sales or retail experience is a plus
• Spanish speaking ability is a plus
