Youth Programme Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Co-curate, plan, and execute HYC activities and programmes aligned with psychosocial learning frameworks
• Lead and manage weekly sessions, overseeing the working team to ensure safety and engagement
• Co-manage internship programme progress and conduct individual reviews for interns and graduates
• Monitor internship project deliverables and provide performance reports
• Provide administrative and logistical support for programme activities
• Liaise with Procurement and Finance regarding billing and financial matters
• Manage program inventory and physical spaces to ensure they are safe and organized

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in programme management or community engagement
• Strong ability to engage with children and youth
• Emotional maturity and passion for youth development
• Proficiency in verbal and written communication
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Flexibility to work weekends when required

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working directly with children
