Responsibilities

• Work on real business challenges and projects within your chosen track
• Collaborate with experienced professionals and functional leaders
• Engage in day-to-day responsibilities to gain practical industry exposure
• Participate in mentorship sessions and continuous learning activities

Requirements

• Final-year university student or fresh graduate (Class of 2025 or 2026)
• Full-time availability for the 3-month program duration
• Proficiency in both Arabic and English
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A collaborative mindset and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments

Preferred Qualifications

• A strong willingness to learn, grow, and contribute to an EdTech environment
• Interest in one of the following tracks: Marketing, Finance, People & Culture, Software Engineering, AI Engineering, Media Production, or E-Learning Development
