Youth Ministry Senior Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Support and lead Friday night gatherings and West Side Youth events, including setup, breakdown, and volunteer coordination
• Manage administrative and logistical functions such as room reservations, volunteer scheduling, and Planning Center coordination
• Build meaningful relationships with middle school youth through consistent engagement and discipleship
• Provide operational support by managing calendars, communications, background checks, and inventory
• Manage online registrations, update family/volunteer records, and optimize the youth database
• Oversee communications including social media, website updates, and event promotion
• Participate in regular staff meetings, trainings, and Sunday morning worship services

Requirements

• Available to work evenings, weekends, and a flexible ministry schedule
• Committed to the Gospel and the theology of the Reformed faith
• Minimum two years of experience in children's, youth, or college ministry in an administrative capacity
• Strong communication, service, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and administrative details
• Ability to connect well within a culturally and socio-economically diverse community

Preferred Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent ministry experience
• Knowledge of video and audio technology
• Proficiency with Google Workspace, MS Office, Asana, Slack, and social media applications
