Youth Ministry High School Manager

Responsibilities

• Create and lead theologically grounded, culturally relevant discipleship environments for high school youth
• Build meaningful relationships with youth and volunteers through mentorship and prayer
• Support outreach initiatives, parent meetings, retreats, and mission trips
• Oversee administrative and logistical needs including scheduling, volunteer onboarding, and budgeting
• Collaborate with the Youth Ministry Director to align programming with long-term goals
• Participate in staff meetings and regular Sunday morning worship

Requirements

• Available to work evenings, weekends, and a flexible ministry schedule
• Committed to the Gospel and Reformed theology
• Minimum of 2 years experience in children, youth, or college ministry
• Proven ability to teach Bible and Christian discipleship
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to connect with culturally and socio-economically diverse communities

Preferred Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent ministry experience
• Proficiency with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Asana, and Slack
• Experience in social justice ministry
• CPR, AED, First Aid, or Safe from Harm certification
