Youth Instructor

Responsibilities

• Implement youth work readiness and life skill curriculum
• Administer surveys and tests to evaluate training effectiveness
• Maintain accurate participant records, case notes, and programmatic reports
• Identify training needs by evaluating youth strengths and challenges
• Develop instructional materials, handouts, and visual aids
• Provide regular 1:1 coaching to ensure learning outcomes
• Oversee the agency GED testing site, including proctoring and documentation
• Collaborate with community partners for youth-centric workshops

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree in education or related field, or proven instructor experience
• Valid PR Teaching License (K-12)
• Experience in curriculum development and instruction
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Business Suite
• Strong writing, speaking, and analytical skills
• Ability to lead and facilitate relationships with diverse groups

Preferred Qualifications

• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish
• Demonstrated knowledge of youth development best practices
