Youth Housing Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage lease administration, including signing lease contracts and handling official reporting/government-related tasks
• Analyze asset operation status and provide regular reports to clients/stakeholders
• Handle tenant complaints and provide residential convenience services to residents
• Manage the handover process and operational setup for new youth housing sites

Requirements

• Associate degree or higher (related majors preferred)
• 3+ years of relevant experience in property or lease management
• Proven ability in lease contract management and tenant relations

Preferred Qualifications

• Possession of professional licenses such as Housing Manager or Certified Real Estate Agent
• Previous experience in rental housing management or working with real estate agencies
• Strong background in customer service and client relations
