Responsibilities
- Create a fun, safe, and engaging environment for young cruisers
- Oversee Kids Club activities and teen events
- Lead high-energy themed nights, interactive games, crafts, sports, and dance parties
- Ensure all safety protocols and program guidelines are met
- Foster a welcoming and inclusive space for all young guests
- Report to the Assistant Cruise Director
Requirements
- Experience working with children and teens across a wide age range
- Background in education, childcare, recreation, or hospitality
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Ability to work at sea
