About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide direct daily care, supervision, and support to ensure the safety and well-being of children residing at Boys Ranch
- Maintain a secure, nurturing, and comfortable environment for all residents
- Work collaboratively with a team to address emergencies and provide health and safety oversight
- Manage daily routines and provide attentive care to each child in residence
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum of 21 years of age
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to travel as needed
- Basic computer knowledge
- Strong time management and detail-oriented skills
- Childcare experience is preferred
