Youth Advisory Council (YAC) Operations and Community Care Volunteer

Responsibilities

• Manage youth paperwork including permission forms and RSVPs
• Take meeting notes and handle event logistics such as registration and check-ins
• Assist with YAC curriculum development and supplemental enrichment programming
• Coordinate charity nights with local businesses
• Manage tabling events and assist with development and outreach tasks
• Maintain a welcoming and supportive environment for youth leaders during meetings and events

Requirements

• Ability to commit to 15–20 hours of coverage per week
• Ideally available for a 3 to 6 month commitment
• Interest in community care and youth empowerment
