Yoga Instructor

Responsibilities

• Guide students in Yoga through a variety of postures and breathing exercises
• Provide direction to ensure students are performing movements properly
• Teach quality group exercise class programs in accordance with industry standards
• Ensure the safety of all participants during beginner or intermediate sessions

Requirements

• Certificate of completion from 200-hour yoga teaching training
• CPR/AED Certification
• Proof of Yoga certification
• Excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lead students for up to 1 hour
• Ability to start classes promptly on time
• Provision of own music if appropriate
