Yield & Monetization Analyst

Responsibilities

• Partner with Data Science teams to define and refine audience and inventory segments to drive pricing and demand strategy.
• Own the weekly price-floor governance cadence, reviewing geo-tiered Unified Pricing Rules and tracking impact on fill and eCPM.
• Align ad monetization strategies with broader company initiatives, including subscriptions and one-time purchases, to balance LTV and user experience.
• Monitor daily and weekly revenue, investigate anomalies, and conduct structured A/B tests to validate floor and segment changes.
• Build and maintain dashboards that connect segment performance and floor movements to revenue outcomes.
• Support demand integrations such as AdX, Open Bidding, and Amazon TAM in partnership with Engineering and Monetization owners.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in yield management, ad operations, revenue analytics, or publisher monetization.
• Proven experience with audience/inventory segmentation and cohort analysis.
• Proficiency in SQL and BI tooling (e.g., Looker, Tableau).
• Hands-on fluency with Google Ad Manager, specifically Unified Pricing Rules and floor management.
• Deep understanding of the programmatic ecosystem, including AdX, Open Bidding, header bidding, and RTB.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical analysis for business stakeholders.
