Yield Enhancement FA Shift Lead Engineer

Responsibilities

• Manage shift team failure analysis to meet production, process, and quality requirements
• Work with 1st shift and shift engineers to identify and deploy Best Known Methods (BKMs)
• Maintain an effective training program and provide active leadership to drive group proficiency
• Mentor and develop engineers and technicians to improve shift team failure analysis (FA) capability
• Manage shift team output using KPIs and established best practices to serve internal customers
• Plan and direct implementation of equipment, process, or product modifications to improve yields and efficiencies

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or similar experience
• 1-3 years of direct semiconductor leadership experience, specifically in failure analysis and root cause delivery
• Willingness to work a rotating shift schedule, including night shifts

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Material Science, Chemical Engineering, or a related technical field
• 1-3 years of experience in a technical leadership role
• Proven experience building and developing new failure analysis teams
