Year Round Intern - Real Estate

Responsibilities

• Learn and perform core department business group work tasks, processes, and customer services
• Support key operation functions including contract review, real estate data analysis, and report preparation
• Respond to internal and external customer inquiries
• Offer operational support for department business group managers
• Develop and execute project action plans and perform team assignments
• Assist with project management for various company initiatives and complete administrative tasks

Requirements

• Must be a full-time student
• College credits equivalent to one year toward an undergraduate degree in Real Estate, Business, Computer Science, Economics, or other business-related degrees
• Proficient verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Basic organization, prioritization, and time/project management skills
• Ability to work 15-25 hours during the school year and full-time during the summer

Preferred Qualifications

• GPA of 3.0 or higher
• College credits specifically towards an undergraduate degree related to Real Estate
• Intermediate computer skills with the ability to learn accounting systems and databases
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills regarding real estate and legal issues
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to develop professional working relationships
