Yard Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day yard operations, including pipe handling, racking, coating inspection, cleaning, and dispatch.
• Supervise all yard movements such as receiving, stocking, and loading of OCTG products.
• Ensure all inspections are completed by certified personnel using proper procedures and maintain accurate data in Oil Country OS.
• Maintain oversight of physical and digital inventory through regular cycle counts and audits to prevent losses.
• Coordinate yard schedules with contractors and suppliers to meet offshore vessel timelines and client delivery windows.
• Liaise with logistics and commercial teams to align delivery schedules with client requirements.
• Lead HSE efforts by ensuring compliance with safety regulations and conducting incident investigations when necessary.
• Track KPIs related to yard throughput, inspection completion, and loading accuracy.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in supply chain, yard logistics, or OCTG operations.
• Supervisory or management experience in an industrial or oil & gas setting.
• Strong working knowledge of pipe yard operations, premium connections, and OCTG handling protocols.
• Strong understanding of HSE practices and incident management.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with Oil Country OS and Tenaris PipeTracer platforms.
