Yard Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Lead daily yard operations, inventory control, and procedures
• Plan and coordinate all deliveries, transfers, shipping, and receiving activities
• Maintain a safe, organized, and hazard-free yard environment
• Ensure completion of routine inspections, repairs, maintenance, and equipment cleaning
• Oversee loading and unloading of building materials while maintaining safety standards
• Drive company culture and uphold high standards of customer experience
• Communicate business-impacting issues to the Store Manager

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid Class B driver’s license
• Experience in customer service
• Ability to operate and maintain yard equipment and vehicles
• Physical ability to lift up to 50+ lbs and work in extreme weather conditions
• Strong communication and basic math skills

Preferred Qualifications

• General knowledge of the construction industry
