Yard Driver

Responsibilities

• Dock and move trailers within the yard to and from designated doors
• Perform daily yard audits to ensure compliance with FTZ Regulations
• Seal and unseal trailers as required
• Validate data accuracy in the Yard Management System (YMS) during moves and audits
• Report trailer discrepancies or damages to the Logistics team
• Maintain a safe work environment by monitoring yard traffic and following all safety procedures
• Wear required PPE and maintain an organized, clean work area

Requirements

• HS Diploma or equivalent (GED)
• 6 months of relevant experience
• Ability to read and write in English to utilize company systems
• Ability to walk long distances and stand for the duration of a shift
• Physical ability to bend, stretch, reach, and occasionally lift light objects
• Proficiency in operating a computer, tablet, and RF guns
• Ability to pass an eye test
