About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service and assist with customer inquiries
- Check customers in and out on the rental yard
- Assist drivers with loading and unloading
- Perform machine inspections for inbound and outbound units
- Ensure machines are in correct locations and properly tagged
- Maintain yard cleanliness and organization
- Assist with wash bay duties for service and sales departments
- Assist with small deliveries when needed
- Work with safety as a primary concern
Requirements
- Ability to work in all weather conditions
- Self-motivated work ethic
- Ability to perform manual tasks in a yard environment
