Yard Agent

Responsibilities

• Prepare equipment based on agency priorities and instructions
• Verify the operational status of machinery upon departure and return and report anomalies
• Explain equipment operation to customers and assist with loading
• Transmit necessary information for rental contracts and customer observations
• Perform first-level maintenance (e.g., changing lights, paint touch-ups)
• Organize equipment in the yard according to the designated plan
• Ensure the cleanliness and visual quality of the yard

Requirements

• Previous experience in a similar environment is ideal
• Methodical mindset
• Availability and physical stamina
• Strong interpersonal skills
