Yacht Interior Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee all yacht interior operations to maintain exceptional guest service standards
• Lead and supervise yacht interior crew, including scheduling duties and monitoring performance
• Manage inventory, provisioning, and budgeting for interior supplies and amenities
• Ensure cabins and guest areas meet luxury presentation and cleanliness expectations
• Coordinate guest preferences, events, and service delivery throughout each voyage

Requirements

• At least 7 years of experience as a yacht interior manager
• Educational background in hospitality management
• Experience working with yacht management software
• Proven experience in UHNW guest-service environments, including serving owners directly
• Strong background in luxury housekeeping protocols, silver service, and guest preference management
• Valid STCW certification, ENG1 medical certificate, and food safety certification
• Fluency in English
• Availability to work a 6/6 rotation schedule
