Yacht Head of Service

Responsibilities

• Lead front-of-house service operations to deliver a seamless luxury guest experience
• Supervise and train service staff to maintain exceptional presentation and etiquette standards
• Coordinate daily dining, events, and guest preferences across all onboard service areas
• Manage inventory, provisioning, and table settings to support premium onboard hospitality
• Collaborate with the captain and department heads to ensure smooth yacht-wide operations

Requirements

• Experience in luxury hospitality within yachting, private service, or other high-end venues
• Proven experience leading service teams in fast-paced guest environments
• Strong knowledge of formal dining, etiquette, and premium guest service standards
• Hands-on experience coordinating provisioning and managing hospitality inventory
• STCW certification and a valid ENG1 medical certificate
• Silver service training
• Fluent English communication skills
